JESUS is AWESOME!!!!!!!

So, this blog is rather late, but hey that's ok at least it got here, lol. Easter was great. My mom was home, so i got to take notes for her, bnut that meant missing leading the Jr. High Bible Study group. But i haven't been to an actual service for weeks, so i was rather happy. The lesson by Pastor Jim was awesome. AWESOME!!! I shall now summarize..

We Christians love talking about what God did in the past; all those miracles performed by Him through Moses, and all those other great stories you learn in Sunday School as a kid. And lets not forget all those wonderful things He did when you were first saved, or throughout your life so far. We also love to talk about what is coming in the future; the promised return, the things he says he will do in our lives, in our churches, in the world. That's all great, but sometimes we focus so much on the future and the past that we miss the good things He is doing in our lives right now. Look around: even if your circumstances are not that great, or you are having a tough time with God right now, He is still there with you. He is doing such wonderful things now in your life, in the lives of your friends and those you battle for in prayer. Christ died for you yesterday, but he lives today. He will be alive forever, but he lives today. Another thing Jim said was that if we don't start living in what He has for us now, we could miss the future God has for us already. "Live in today's Ressurection."

A slightly incomplete thought, but i shall elaborate later.
